While there is much Western influences historically, much of the Filipino culture is very much Asian.

They generally have hard time saying NO, because it could be construed as negative or unfriendly.

If you must disagree or reject someone, be sure to do it gingerly.

건강하게 먹기 위해 하는 것들을 얘기해봅시다.
I have become much more health-conscious with what I eat.
건강하게 먹는 걸 훨씬 더 신경쓰고 있습니다.

I try to eat healthy as much as I can.
가능한 한 건강하게 먹으려고 합니다.
First of all, veggies and fruits are good for our health.

They contain a lot of vitamins and fiber.

Beans and chicken breast are very good for us as well, because they are rich in healthy protein.

Meanwhile organic food is high in demand these days.

As for drinks, I try to drink a lot of water.

There are many more households who raise dogs in Korea now.

As a result, there are veterinary clinics almost all neighborhoods.
동물병원 없는 동네가 없을 정도입니다.

Dogs need to get vaccinations, especially when they are puppies.
